Paul di Resta is a British driver from Scotland who built his early reputation in single-seaters before establishing himself in Formula One between 2011 and 2017. Since moving away from grand prix racing, he has continued to compete at a high level in sports car endurance racing, most notably in the FIA World Endurance Championship, while also building a career in broadcasting alongside his driving commitments. That background in top-flight open-wheel and endurance competition has given him a broad skill set that has translated well into his current program in North American sports car racing.[1]

In the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, di Resta now drives for United Autosports USA, where he remains an active competitor with a substantial body of work across 87 career starts. He has recorded 6 career wins and 14 career podiums, reflecting consistent front-running form over the course of his time in the series, and holds a Racer Rating of 5,083, placing him 229th among active drivers on that scale.
