Roland Poulsen is an entry-level professional racing in international multiclass endurance championships, FIA Bronze graded. He races GT3 machinery, primarily for Poulsen Motorsport in the 24H Series, a global endurance championship that fields amateurs and semi-professionals alongside graded professionals across eleven classes in each race.[1]
Poulsen contested seven starts across three series between 2015 and 2024. His most consistent effort came in the 24H Series, where he made four starts for his own team from 2022 to 2024 and took one podium finish. He also ran two rounds of the Road to Le Mans in 2023 for GMB Motorsport, and a single start in the Nรผrburgring Langstrecken-Serie in 2015. The podium came in a GT3 field that included established and professional-level drivers; he finished ahead of Russell Ward, who would go on to become an IMSA WeatherTech GTD champion, and George Kurtz, champion of the 2023 GT World Challenge America Pro-Am and the 2024 Asian Le Mans Series. He was a regular opponent for Ralf Bohn, the 2024 24H Series GT3 champion, and Max Hesse, a Gold-graded professional with significant experience in GT World Challenge Europe and IMSA, though he typically finished behind both.[2]
