Stanton Barrett is an American driver who has built a varied motorsport career alongside work as a Hollywood stuntman, experience that has informed his approach behind the wheel across multiple disciplines. Beyond his current Trans-Am TA2 program, Barrett has competed in the WRL and HSR/SVRA Vintage Series, and he holds a stake in NASCAR competition as co-owner of Barrett-Cope Racing, which fields the No. 30 Chevrolet in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series. That breadth of exposure, spanning stock cars and vintage road racing, has shaped a driver comfortable moving between different car types and series formats.[1]

In Trans-Am TA2, Barrett remains active with 11 career starts and is still seeking his first win and podium finish at this level, with a Racer Rating of 3,223 placing him 868th among active drivers on record. His 2026 season has seen him complete five rounds without a win or podium, sitting ninth in the standings through that stretch. With zero championships across his career to date, Barrett's TA2 tenure continues to be a work in progress, built on the foundation of a diverse racing and stunt background rather than a deep well of series-specific results.[2]
