Toby Scheckter is a South African racing driver and son of 1979 Formula One World Champion Jody Scheckter. He came up through karting, winning the SKUSA SuperNats kart finals in Las Vegas in 2004. His brother, Tomas Scheckter, competed in the IndyCar Series.[1]
Scheckter's single-seater racing career included competition in Formula 3 Macau during 1999, where he made three starts for Speedsport F3 Racing Team without securing wins or podium finishes, ultimately finishing ninth in the series. Beyond his racing endeavors, he has competed in series such as Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 and the British Formula Three Championship. Scheckter later transitioned to business, launching Scheckter's Organic Beverages Ltd and their OrganicEnergy drink product line.[2]
