Connor Jupp is an entry-level professional who raced single-seater and karting championships across two seasons. His indexed career spans GB3, a national single-class open-wheel series, and the SKUSA SuperNationals karting championship in the TaG Junior class, driving for Meridian Racing in his GB3 campaign.[1]
Jupp made 12 starts across his recorded racing, taking a single podium at the 2011 SKUSA SuperNationals. His GB3 season in 2014 came in a field that included some of the strongest junior drivers in Europe; he finished regularly behind George Russell, who would go on to win the championship that year and later become a Formula 1 driver, and Arjun Maini, who progressed to Formula 2 and DTM. On occasions he proved capable of outpacing much stronger opposition; he finished ahead of Alex Palou, who has since won five IndyCar championships, and Lance Stroll, the 2016 FIA Formula 3 European champion and a current Formula 1 driver.[2]
