Sebastián Martino is a developing driver who raced in Formula 3 Macau, a single-class championship drawing amateurs, semi-professionals and graded professionals into the same field. His indexed career spans one season in 1997, when he started three rounds for PMS Tomei Sport.[1]
Martino finished ahead of Yuji Tachikawa, an established professional and two-time Super GT champion, twice across their head-to-head meetings. He also beat David Saelens, an established professional with 30 International Formula 3000 starts. Against Mark Webber, who went on to become an elite professional with a 2016 WEC LMP1 title and 217 Formula 1 entries, Martino usually finished behind him.[2]
