The 24H Series is a multi-class endurance championship featuring GT3 and GT4 cars alongside touring and silhouette machinery, contesting 24-hour and 12-hour races. Its field is semi-professional overall; the GT3 class carries the strongest drivers, including Charles Weerts, Dario Franchitti and Maro Engel, but amateurs and gentleman drivers are widespread across the roster, particularly in the one-make classes. It draws drivers upward into GT World Challenge Europe and the European Le Mans Series, and also recruits from those series as well as from the lower-ranked Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie. The series sits on the intermediate rung of the endurance ladder, stronger than its primary feeder series but considerably weaker than the WEC, where the field is predominantly professional.
