Luis Sanjuan is a Bronze-graded amateur endurance driver competing in multiclass prototype and GT racing. His primary series are the Le Mans Cup and Road to Le Mans, both three-class championships in which LMP3 prototypes share the grid with other machinery; he races for COOL Racing, an established team that has fielded more than forty drivers across multiple categories. He has also taken a start in the 24H Series, an eleven-class international endurance championship, for Graff Racing.[1]
Across fifteen indexed starts from 2022 to 2025, Sanjuan has taken three wins and four podiums. He won twice in the Road to Le Mans in 2023, his only two races in that series, and took another victory in the 24H Series in 2025 driving for a different team. His record in the Le Mans Cup spans ten starts with one win and one podium. The majority of his racing has come alongside Audunn Gudmundsson, a fellow Bronze-graded professional who regularly finishes ahead of him; Sanjuan has finished ahead of Steve Parrow, the 2025 Le Mans Cup LMP3 Pro-Am champion, on multiple occasions.[2]
He has beaten more established competition in shared-car endurance racing. Tom Dillmann, an established professional with a Gold grade, a 2022 Le Mans Cup title and a pair of later championships in IMSA LMP2 and Formula V8 3.5, finished behind Sanjuan once. Malthe Jakobsen, also Gold-graded and a three-time international LMP3 champion, was beaten by him three times across their meetings. In a field mixing amateur and semi-professional entrants with graded professionals, Sanjuan runs consistently in the upper reaches of the am-class drivers.
