Matthew Bell is a Gold-rated endurance and sportscar driver with a rating of 3,819, placing him in the semi-professional band. This level describes drivers who win in professional-am and one-make classes and run mid-pack among full professionals; they are paid drivers outside the very top championships. Bell's career spans 11 seasons from 2013 to 2026, with 147 starts yielding 12 wins and 30 podiums across multiple series, giving him an average finish of P8.5. His two championships both came in LMP3 prototype racing: the 2020 IMSA Prototype Challenge and the 2021 European Le Mans Series, the latter won for Team Virage. He has been most prolific in IMSA WeatherTech competition with 50 starts since 2016, though he has managed only one win there despite steady podium finishes.[1]

Bell has contested the majority of his races in prototype and GT endurance racing.
