🇫🇷 Pierre Ragues

Pierre Ragues is a retired professional endurance racing driver, FIA Silver graded, who spent most of his career in the World Endurance Championship with Spirit of Race. Over 15 seasons from 2003 to 2022 he accumulated 55 starts across WEC, the European Le Mans Series, Formula Renault Eurocup and other series, driving GTE machinery in multiclass fields alongside amateur, semi-professional and professional competitors.[1]

His record centres on a decade-long WEC campaign that yielded 7 podiums across 43 starts. He contested the European Le Mans Series once in 2021 and raced Formula Renault Eurocup early in his career in 2004 and 2005. His most recent season in 2022 saw him complete a partial WEC campaign, finishing 18th in the championship standings.[2]

In regular competition against David Heinemeier Hansson, a fellow Silver-graded professional, Ragues proved closely matched. Against Julien Canal, a two-time WEC LMP2 champion and established professional, he typically finished behind. He finished ahead of António Félix da Costa, a Platinum-graded Formula E and WEC champion, on two occasions, and outran Kenta Yamashita, a multiple Super GT champion and Platinum-graded driver, four times across their meetings in shared-car racing.
