Ferrari Challenge is a single-marque sprint series founded in 1993, fielding Ferrari 488 and 296 Challenge cars in four classes split between professional and amateur drivers. The professional P class, which carries most of the field's weight, fields predominantly Silver-graded drivers; the three amateur classes below it are Bronze-graded or ungraded. The field ranks as entry-level professional overall, with top drivers such as Blake McDonald and Enzo Trulli; a large pool of graded drivers sits across the professional tiers. Competitors feed upward to endurance racing, most commonly to Asian Le Mans Series and IMSA WeatherTech, both substantially stronger fields; Ferrari Challenge also receives drivers from endurance series and from lower GT racing.
