Ferrari Challenge is a single-marque sprint series founded in 1993, fielding Ferrari 488 and 296 Challenge cars across four classes split by driver experience and professional standing. The field ranges from professional drivers including Blake McDonald and Massimo Perrina down through amateur gentleman drivers, with the strongest class drawing predominantly Silver-graded competitors and the amateur classes predominantly Bronze-graded. The series sits in the entry-level professional tier, notably weaker than the higher-category GT and prototype grids it feeds into such as GT World Challenge Europe and Asian Le Mans Series, and slightly stronger than the 24H Series below it despite some crossover.
