Carter Pease is an entry-level professional who splits his career between solo single-seater racing and multiclass endurance competition in the United States. He drives for Round 3 Racing in the Zenith Racing Series, racing a prototype in the ZP2 class, in a field that runs from amateurs and semi-professionals up to graded professionals. He also has a season of record in the Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series, racing formula cars in its Championship class.[1]
His debut came in the Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series in 2020, where he took two podiums from nine starts. After a gap in his indexed record, he returned in 2026 with Round 3 Racing in the Zenith Racing Series, again taking two podiums from his first nine starts and currently sitting sixth in the championship standings with rounds still to run.[2]
Pease races regularly against Clay Magouyrk, another entry-level professional with starts in both of his series, and the two are closely matched. He is more often behind Jason Alder, who has also raced Formula Regional Americas and US F4. His most notable result came against Linus Lundqvist, an established professional and FIA Gold-graded driver who has won championships in GB3, Formula Regional Americas and Indy NXT; Pease finished ahead of him once. He has also beaten Eric Powell, a professional with a background in GT4 America and GT World Challenge America, in one meeting.
