Christian Weir is an entry-level professional racing solo single-seaters and cup cars in national American championships. He drives a Toyota GR86 for TechSport in the TGRNA GR Cup North America, where he competes in the Am class alongside semi-professional and professional drivers. His record spans four seasons from 2021 onward, with 21 starts and four podiums.[1]
Weir took two podiums in three US F4 starts in 2021. He stepped up to USF Pro 2000 in 2023 with four rounds and qualified on the front row at Road America before finishing 19th in the season standings. He has raced primarily in TGRNA GR Cup North America since 2024, taking two podiums across 14 starts for TechSport. His most recent season began in 2025 and remains in progress.[2]
In the TGRNA GR Cup field, Weir regularly races against Spike Kohlbecker, an entry-level professional with 53 starts in the series, and Westin Workman, a professional-graded driver who won the TGRNA GR Cup North America Am class in 2025 and has since moved to IMSA prototype racing.
