🇩🇪 Fabian Finck

Fabian Finck is an entry-level professional racing in national multiclass endurance series. He raced nine seasons in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie from 2010 to 2019, competing in production-car classes and BMW one-make machinery as part of shared-driver teams for FK Performance Motorsport and ADAC Team Weser-Ems e.V. His career culminated in victory at the 2019 Nürburgring 24 Hours.[1]

Across 44 starts in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie and the 24-hour race, Finck took 14 podiums. He posted 13 podium finishes over nine seasons in the Langstrecken-Serie before winning the 24-hour race outright in his sole start there. The endurance format, in which he shared cars with co-drivers, means his results carry the contribution of his teammates, particularly relevant to his rating given he finished consistently in the mid-field of a mixed amateur and professional grid rather than as a series frontrunner.[2]

In regular competition against established drivers, Finck typically finished behind entry-level professional Norbert Fischer, a three-time V5 class champion, and professional Christian Konnerth, a two-time V5 champion who had also competed at the 24 Hours. He finished ahead of established professionals Daniel Abt, a Formula E and GP2 Series competitor, and Stef Dusseldorp once each in shared-car racing, where grid position and car setup carry as much weight as driver pace.
