Guido Riegel Hans is an entry-level professional racing in a national multiclass endurance championship. He competed in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie from 2010 to 2014, driving Porsche 911 GT3 Cup cars and GT3 machinery across its Cup 2, SP 7 and SP 9 classes for Haribo Racing Team. He made 24 starts over five seasons and took a single podium finish.[1]
His most consistent competition came against Sabine Schmitz, the 2014 Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie SP 9 champion, with whom he was closely matched across multiple meetings. He also raced regularly against Frank Stippler, a professional-ranked Platinum-graded driver who became SP 9 Pro champion in 2021; Riegel usually finished behind him. Among his stronger scalps were finishes ahead of Katsumasa Chiyo, an established professional with 95 Super GT starts, and Rene Rast, a three-time DTM champion and established professional with international credentials in WEC and Formula E. Haribo Racing Team, the outfit that fielded him for the majority of his career, did not take race wins in the championship and typically competed in the middle of the grid.[2]
