Gustav Edelhoff is an entry-level professional who raced in multiclass endurance championships across Europe. He spent most of his career in the 24H Series, a 13-country GT3 championship where amateurs and graded professionals share the grid, and earlier raced the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie in modified production-based cars. He drove for Car Collection Motorsport, an established endurance team that fielded 127 drivers across the index and counted an established professional as its strongest competitor.[1]
Edelhoff's racing spans from 2010 to 2014 in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, where he made 16 starts with one podium, and 2017 to 2022 in the 24H Series, where he took 2 wins and 11 podiums from 19 starts. His two victories came in multiclass endurance racing shared with team-mates across a grid mixing amateur and professional entrants.[2]
He raced regularly against Charles Putman, the 2018 24H Series A6-AM champion and a professional who went on to race IMSA, and Charles Espenlaub, another 2018 24H Series A6-AM champion at entry-level professional level. Against both men Edelhoff was closely matched across multiple meetings. He also finished ahead of Jake Dennis, now an established professional with 75 Formula E starts and a 2023 Formula E title, and Timur Boguslavskiy, an established professional who won GT World Challenge Europe twice; each result came once across their limited meetings in endurance racing.
