Hans Villemi was a professional racing driver competing in Formula Renault Eurocup, a single-class championship drawing amateur, semi-professional and professional entrants into the same field. He raced for Prema Powerteam, one of the strongest operations in the series, across four seasons between 2011 and 2014.[1]
Villemi completed 25 starts in Formula Renault Eurocup, taking a single podium finish across that span. His final season came in 2014, when he contested the full twelve-round championship and finished sixteenth in the standings. He retired from racing after that campaign.[2]
His regular competitors in the series included Alexander Albon, an established professional who would go on to Formula 1, and Andrea Pizzitola, a professional and Gold-graded driver with experience in the World Endurance Championship. Villemi typically finished behind both. He twice finished ahead of George Russell and Charles Leclerc, both of whom were in their Eurocup seasons before winning multiple junior championships and reaching Formula 1.
