Jim Norman is a retired amateur sportscar driver from the United States with a brief racing record. Classified as a Bronze-graded driver by the FIA, a category denoting amateurs and gentleman drivers competing in GT and endurance racing, Norman raced in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo in 2016. He made two starts for Change Racing that season, both in the series, and averaged a fourth-place finish.[1]
Norman's competitive standing was modest. His Racer Rating of 1,174 places him in the lower amateur tier. Across his two races, he finished ahead of Rob Hodes, an amateur-level Bronze-graded driver, on one occasion and surpassed Patrice Brisebois once as well. The Change Racing team he drove for was experienced at the professional level, fielding significantly stronger drivers including Bryan Sellers, but Norman's limited appearances provide little basis to assess his standing relative to the team's usual performance.
Norman's racing career ended in 2016 after just that single season and two rounds of competition. No results or activity record him beyond that year.
