Jonas Karklys is a semi-professional racing in multiclass GT endurance series at FIA Silver grade. He races GT3 cars in the GT Winter Series for LIQUI MOLY Team Engstler, where he is currently competing in the 2026 season. Karklys has taken three podiums across his racing, two from the international 24H Series in 2022 and 2023 and one from his first GT Winter Series season in 2024. His current campaign in the GT Winter Series sits at 19th in the championship standings after six rounds. The strength of his record comes from occasional results against established competitors; he has finished ahead of Maximilian Götz, a 2021 DTM champion and 2025 British GT Champion, and Sven Müller, a Gold-graded professional with extensive GT World Challenge Europe experience. Against his regular opponents, the Silver-graded professional Alain Valente and the Gold-graded Italian F4 champion Ralf Aron, he typically finishes behind them.[2]
