Lucky Khera is a retired British amateur endurance driver who raced from 2020 to 2024, competing primarily in the British GT Championship and Ferrari Challenge. Across 21 starts, Khera scored 2 wins and 3 podiums, with an average finish of seventh place. His racing was characterised by competition in gentleman and bronze-graded fields; he earned FIA Bronze categorisation, denoting an amateur driver competing alongside professionals in sportscar racing. His strongest performances came in the Ferrari Challenge, where he took both of his career wins across nine starts between 2022 and 2023 for Graypaul Birmingham.[1]
In the British GT Championship, Khera made 12 appearances from 2020 to 2024 without victory but secured one podium finish for RACELAB. His head-to-head record against the regular rivals he shared grid space with was mixed. Against Sandy Mitchell, an FIA Platinum-rated champion, Khera finished ahead in three of seven meetings. He was more consistently outpaced by Ian Loggie, a two-time champion, whom he bettered once in seven encounters, and by Jonathan Adam and Nicolò Rosi, against whom he never finished ahead across seven shared races each. Occasional strong results saw him finish ahead of Platinum-graded professionals including Marvin Kirchhöfer, Jules Gounon, and Daniel Harper, though these victories were isolated occurrences rather than establishing a pattern of superiority. His final active season, 2023, yielded no podiums across six Ferrari Challenge rounds, ending in fourteenth place.
