Andrew Thompson is an entry-level professional who raced single-seater and multiclass Porsche racing in the United States and internationally between 2003 and 2009. His indexed career spans Formula 3 Macau, the FIA GT Championship with Gigawave Motorsport, and PCA Club Racing across multiple Porsche classes. Thompson took 10 starts across these series and scored one win and two podiums.[1]

Thompson's strongest result came in PCA Club Racing, where he won once across his seven starts in the series. He also finished on the podium in the FIA GT Championship, an endurance series in which he shared a car with a co-driver. His Formula 3 Macau appearance, a single-round visit to one of motorsport's most competitive amateur-professional grids, yielded a podium finish. In PCA Club Racing he regularly raced against semi-professional drivers including John Goetz and Bill Peluchiwski, against whom he typically finished behind. He also finished ahead of Ernesto Viso, a driver with 32 Formula 2 starts and GP2 Series experience, and Fabrizio Gollin, the 2004 FIA GT Championship champion, who had contested 54 FIA GT races.[2]
