Christopher Cumming is a retired Canadian driver who raced at a professional standard equivalent to a national championship front-runner or strong feeder series competitor; his Racer Rating of 4,564 places him in the professional band. Across six seasons from 2006 to 2016, he accumulated 40 starts in single-seater and sportscar racing, with four podium finishes and an average finishing position of 12th. His career divides into two distinct chapters: four seasons in Star Mazda Championship between 2006 and 2009, where he completed 28 starts without reaching the podium, and a two-year spell in the World Endurance Championship from 2015 to 2016, which produced all four of his career podiums across 12 starts.[1]

The WEC period represents Cumming's most competitive racing. Competing for Extreme Speed Motorsports, he finished eighth overall in the 2016 WEC season after eight rounds and scored his four podiums in that span, demonstrating increased competitiveness in endurance racing against an international field.
