🇵🇱 Kacper Sztuka

Kacper Sztuka is an entry-level professional racing in junior single-seater championships. He won the 2023 Italian F4 title with US Racing, a team that has fielded 35 drivers across the indexed record and produced the elite professional Oliver Bearman as its strongest product. Sztuka has since raced Formula 3 for MP Motorsport in 2024 and moved to Formula Regional European with RPM in 2025, where he is currently active.[1]

Sztuka took 11 wins and 16 podiums across 52 Italian F4 starts between 2021 and 2023, establishing himself as a frontrunner in the series before clinching the championship in his final season with 9 wins from 18 rounds. He also took two podiums in five ADAC Formula 4 starts in 2022.[2]

A field mixing amateurs and semi-professionals with graded professionals produced mixed results against the strongest opposition. Sztuka finished ahead of Arvid Lindblad, an elite professional with 27 Italian F4 starts and later 27 in Formula 2, on 16 occasions. He also beat Andrea Kimi Antonelli, a generational driver and multiple junior champion including the 2023 Formula Regional European title, five times in their shared Italian F4 races. Against his most regular opponents Nikita Bedrin and Charlie Wurz, both established professionals with dozens of junior single-seater starts, Sztuka remained closely matched.
