🇬🇧 Oliver Bearman

Oliver Bearman is a British single-seater driver racing for Haas in Formula 1, where he remains active across multiple seasons. Rated 6,792 on the Elo scale, he sits at elite professional level; his FIA Platinum grading denotes him as a full professional in endurance and sportscar racing. He came up through the junior categories over seven seasons beginning in 2020, driving for Prema Racing in most of his higher-profile campaigns.[1]

Bearman won the 2021 ADAC Formula 4 championship and the 2021 Italian F4 title in his first two seasons, taking 12 wins and 17 podiums in Italian F4 alone. He moved to Formula 3 in 2022 with Prema, claiming one win and eight podiums across 18 starts in a multiclass field, then stepped up to Formula 2 from 2023 onwards. In Formula 2 he took seven wins and nine podiums from 52 starts before his graduation to Formula 1 in 2024 with Haas, where he has made 38 starts to date.[2]

His regular opponents in Formula 2 and Formula 1 included Isack Hadjar, an FIA Platinum professional with 35 Formula 1 starts, and Jak Crawford, an established professional competitor in those series; Bearman ran closely matched against both. He finished ahead of Lando Norris, a generational driver and multiple champion including the 2025 Formula 1 title, on three occasions; he also beat George Russell, another generational competitor and former Formula 2 champion, once in direct racing.
