Roman Stanek is an established professional racing single-seater championships across Europe and Japan. He has spent most of his career in Formula 2 for Invicta Racing, with earlier seasons in Formula 3 for Trident, ADAC Formula 4, Italian F4, and a brief appearance in Euroformula Open. His Racer Rating of 5,774 places him in the established professional band, a level describing drivers who compete regularly against graded professionals and hold their own against the field.[1]
Stanek's record spans eight seasons from 2019 to 2025 across six series. He took two wins in ADAC Formula 4 in 2019 and one in Italian F4 the same year, establishing himself as a junior single-seater driver. His breakthrough came in Euroformula Open in 2021, where he won one of three starts. In Formula 3, where he spent three seasons from 2020 to 2022, he took one win and six podiums across 56 starts in the multiclass R1, R2, and R3 categories. Formula 2 has been his primary focus since 2023; over three seasons he has taken two wins and six podiums from 75 starts in the multiclass field. His most recent activity in Formula 2 culminated in a pole position in December 2025. His most notable result came when he finished ahead of Andrea Kimi Antonelli, a generational driver now competing in Formula 1, in a single meeting; he also beat Isack Hadjar, an elite professional with 35 Formula 1 starts, on 22 occasions.
