Kazuki Hoshino is a retired Japanese racing driver and team principal who competed primarily in the Super GT series. The son of former racing driver and Impul co-founder Kazuyoshi Hoshino, he brought significant motorsport pedigree to his professional career. Hoshino competed in Super GT from 2008 to 2021, accumulating 98 starts with Gainer across his tenure in the series. His most recent competitive activity came in the 2021 Super GT season, where he participated in 8 rounds and finished in 47th position overall.[1]
Hoshino's early career included accomplishments in other racing categories, having previously served as a Nissan factory GT500 driver and securing victory at the 2006 Suzuka 1000km. Beyond his driving activities, he established himself as a team principal and leader within the sport. Following his retirement from racing in 2021, Hoshino has focused his professional efforts on managing Team Impul's operations in the Super GT Series and Super Formula Championship.[2]
