Kenneth Ostvold is a competitive amateur racing in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, a national multiclass endurance championship where turbocharged production-based cars and TCR touring cars race in the SP 3T and TCR classes. He retired from racing after the 2017 season, having spent seven seasons in the series from 2010 onward.[1]
Ostvold took three wins and nine podiums across 19 starts in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie between 2010 and 2017, finishing 22nd in the final championship standings of his last season. He raced primarily with Car #334, an established operation fielding a range of drivers and accumulating multiple wins across the series.[2]
He competed in a field that mixed amateur and semi-professional entrants with graded professionals. Ostvold ran closely with Matthias Wasel, a competitive amateur with extensive experience in the series, and Thomas Wasel, a club-level driver who was also a regular presence in the championship. He finished ahead of Christian Krognes, an established professional and Gold-graded driver who won the 2012 SP 3T title, on two occasions across their shared races.
