Martín Scuncio is a retired Chilean racing driver with a rating of 3,905, placing him at the professional level; this denotes a driver capable of winning in competitive fields and beating semi-professional rivals consistently, though not one who has established himself among the strongest. His entire recorded career spans three seasons in the Star Mazda Championship between 2010 and 2012, during which he scored one win and four podiums across 23 starts for Juncos Racing. He averaged a finishing position of 7.7 across classified results, indicating mid-field consistency.[1]

Scuncio's competitive record reveals a mixed outcome against drivers of varying calibre. He finished behind Connor De Phillippi and Sage Karam, both stronger professionals, in the majority of their shared races; against De Phillippi he won only 7 of 23 head-to-heads, and against Karam just 7 of 22. He held a more even record against Gustavo Menezes, an FIA Gold-graded driver and 2016 WEC LMP2 champion, finishing ahead in 12 of 22 meetings; however, the weight of evidence from other pairings suggests Menezes was the faster driver.
