Mikko Pakari is a professional single-seater racing driver from Finland who competed in the Formula Renault Eurocup for Fortec Motorsports. His indexed career spans two seasons, 2012 and 2013, across 25 starts in that championship.[1]
Pakari took a single podium finish across his two seasons in the Eurocup. He finished 18th in the championship standings in 2013, the final year of his racing on record. His regular opponents in the series included Oliver Rowland and Esteban Ocon, both of whom would go on to establish themselves as elite professionals; Pakari typically finished behind them. He recorded four finishes ahead of Rowland and three ahead of the 2013 Eurocup champion Pierre Gasly.[2]
The Eurocup grid mixed amateurs, semi-professionals and graded professionals. Pakari sat outside the championship points in a field that included two future Formula 1 drivers in Ocon and Gasly, along with Rowland, who would later win the 2015 Formula V8 3.5 and contest 82 Formula E starts.
