Paul Daniels is an entry-level professional racing in endurance championships. He competed in the FIA GT Championship and the WEC, driving shared GTE cars for JWA-Avila in the WEC's LMGTE Am class. His indexed career spans nine starts across three seasons from 2003 to 2012.[1]
Daniels took two starts in the FIA GT Championship in 2003 and 2007, then moved to the WEC in 2012, where he started all seven rounds of that season. He finished sixth in the 2012 WEC LMGTE Am championship standings. In his FIA GT appearances he finished ahead of established professional Paul Belmondo once, and ahead of Gold-graded professional Stéphane Ortelli once. Against the drivers he met regularly in the WEC, including 2012 LMGTE Am champion Christian Ried and Paolo Ruberti, he typically finished behind them.[2]
The field Daniels raced in mixed amateurs and semi-professionals with graded professionals including multiple WEC champions.
