Paul Lanchere is a professional endurance racing driver competing in the multiclass European Le Mans Series and single-class Asian Le Mans Series, where each car is shared among multiple drivers. Racing for CLX Motorsport, he pilots an LMP3 prototype in the European series and competes in the Asian championship's shared-drive format. He holds the FIA Bronze grading, which denotes an amateur driver racing alongside professionals in endurance and sportscar competition.[1]
Lanchere has won three European Le Mans titles across 2025 and 2026, the latter still in progress. In 2025, his first full ELMS campaign, he took the championship with seven wins from twelve starts and nine podiums. This season he leads the standings after five rounds contested, having taken two wins and three podiums so far. His record in Asia is limited to six starts across the 2026 Asian Le Mans Series alongside his European commitments.[2]
He regularly finishes ahead of fellow entry-level professionals such as Nick Adcock and Louis Stern, who bring extensive endurance racing experience to the grid. Most tellingly, he has beaten the established professionals Laurin Heinrich, a IMSA WeatherTech GTDPRO champion and FIA Gold driver, and Lucas Auer, the 2024 GT World Challenge Europe champion and a Platinum grader with over 200 career starts across Formula 3, DTM and GT racing. CLX Motorsport, his team across nearly all his starts, has fielded established professional Charles Milesi among a roster of 25 drivers and has taken 27 wins across the index.
