Ollie Wilkinson was a British sportscar racing driver whose career spanned four seasons from 2019 to 2022. He held an FIA Gold rating, which denotes a professional-level competitor in GT and endurance racing. His Racer Rating of 4,700 places him at the professional tier; he competed regularly in fields of established professionals and occasionally against elite drivers, though he did not establish himself as a consistent front-runner at that level.[1]

Wilkinson's main competitive activity came in two series. He contested the British GT Championship across 2019 and 2020 with Optimum Motorsport, accumulating two podium finishes from ten starts. He then moved to GT World Challenge Europe, where he spent three seasons from 2020 to 2022, mostly as a McLaren factory driver for JOTA. His 17 starts in the continental series yielded no podiums or race wins. Across both championships, he finished an average of 10th place and never won a race. His record against the drivers he most frequently encountered tells a mixed story. He showed a winning head-to-head against Maro Engel, a Platinum-graded champion, taking five finishes ahead of him across 15 shared races; he also occasionally outran other elite professionals such as Nico Müller and Sergey Sirotkin. However, he compiled losing records against most regular rivals at his own level and below, including against FIA Gold competitors Patrick Kujala and Andrea Bertolini, and was comprehensively outpaced by Raffaele Marciello, the 2023 GT World Challenge Europe champion, facing him 16 times and finishing ahead only once.[2]

Wilkinson retired from racing after his final appearance in the 2022 GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup season, finishing 72nd in the championship.
