Kohta Kawaai is a professional driver racing in Super GT, Japan's premier multiclass endurance championship, for SAITAMA TOYOPET Green Brave. His record outside the series has been limited; he contested nine rounds of Super Formula Lights in 2022 and took two starts in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie in 2025, racing a rear-wheel-drive turbocharged production car in its VT2 Hecka class.
