Sarah Bovy is a professional endurance racing driver competing in a field that mixes amateurs with graded professionals. She races for Iron Dames, predominantly in multiclass and single-class shared-car championships. Her FIA grading is Bronze, which places her among amateur and gentleman drivers in endurance racing. Over seven seasons from 2007 to 2025, she has made 76 starts across the World Endurance Championship, European Le Mans Series, GT World Challenge Europe, IMSA WeatherTech, Asian Le Mans Series and Le Mans Cup, with a professional rating of 4,365.[1]

Bovy took three wins in the European Le Mans Series and a further win in WEC, with eight and five podiums respectively in those championships. She has been most active in European Le Mans, where she has scored eight podiums from 20 starts in the LMGT3 and LMGTE classes. Her record in the World Endurance Championship spans five seasons and comprises one victory and five podiums across 25 starts, leaving her currently placed 22nd in the 2025 season standings after one round. She has also contested IMSA WeatherTech and GT World Challenge Europe, and began racing in the Asian Le Mans Series in 2025.[2]

Bovy's regular opponents in WEC and European Le Mans include Davide Rigon, a Platinum-graded professional and 2016 WEC LMGTE Pro champion with 84 WEC starts, and Matteo Cressoni, a Silver-graded entry-level professional and 2021 European Le Mans Series LMGTE champion; she is closely matched with both across multiple meetings. She has also finished ahead of Maro Engel, a Platinum-graded professional who won GT World Challenge Europe in 2024 and has made 85 starts in that series, on two occasions, and beaten Kyle Kirkwood, an elite professional and 2021 Indy NXT champion with 85 IndyCar starts, once in IMSA competition.
