Shingo Tachi was a Japanese racing driver and the son of Nobuhide Tachi, founder and head of TOM's, the motorsport division of Toyota. Tachi competed in Formula 3 Macau during 1998, contesting three races for the TOM's team. He did not record any wins or podium finishes during his brief racing career.[1]
