The Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge is a sprint series for GT3 cars, split across four classes by driver experience and car specification. The strongest class, GT3CP, draws a professional-tier field anchored by drivers such as Fred Poordad and Zacharie Robichon; the other classes descend to amateur levels, with GT3G and GT3CG predominantly Bronze and ungraded competitors. Overall the series sits between club racing and the established professional tiers; its field is comparable to IMSA Pilot Challenge but substantially weaker than IMSA WeatherTech, which it feeds toward. Drivers arrive chiefly from PCA Club Racing and NASA, moving on most often to IMSA WeatherTech or Porsche Carrera Cup NA.
