🇬🇧 Charles Dawson

Charles Dawson is a professional endurance racing driver competing in multiclass GT racing across national and international championships. Graded FIA Bronze, he races primarily for 2 Seas Motorsport in the British GT Championship, where he shares GT3 and GT4 cars with teammates, and in GT World Challenge Europe. His career spans five seasons from 2022 onward, with 37 starts across a spread of endurance and multiclass series including the 24H Series, GT Winter Series, and several national championships.[1]

Dawson won the 2025 British GT Championship with Kiern Jewiss, taking four wins and ten podiums across his 19 starts in that series. He has also finished on the podium twice in the GT Winter Series and once in the 24H Series. In the current 2026 GT World Challenge Europe season, he sits 34th in the championship standings after nine rounds raced to date. His record across British GT shows him as a regular frontrunner in a field mixing amateurs with graded professionals; he has consistently raced against established Silver-graded drivers including two-time British GT GT4 champions Mikey Porter and Jamie Day, remaining closely matched with both.[2]

Dawson has finished ahead of significantly stronger opposition in rare instances; he has beaten Max Hesse, an established Gold-graded professional, and Lance Stroll, an established Platinum-graded driver with a Formula 3 European championship and 206 Formula 1 starts. These results stand as single instances within his record rather than patterns, but they place him among drivers capable of occasional results against the highest calibre of competitor in endurance racing.
