Darren Leung is a Brazilian racing driver currently competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Team WRT. Before establishing himself in the WEC, Leung built a strong record in GT racing, claiming the British GT Championship title in the GT3 category in 2023 alongside Dan Harper, and following that success with victory in the GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup Bronze Cup in 2024, again partnered with Harper. Away from the cockpit, Leung has also been involved in the business side of motorsport, having served as chief executive officer of the Leeds-based software company Paradine, which operates its own racing outfit, Paradine Competition, under his direction.[1]
Since moving into the WEC ranks with Team WRT, Leung has developed into a consistent frontrunner, amassing 57 career starts, six wins, and ten podium finishes, and capturing a championship in 2023. His current Racer Rating of 3,453 places him 770th among active drivers on the platform's Elo-style scale, reflecting a solid, if still developing, standing relative to the world's top competitors. The 2026 season has proven more challenging, with Leung yet to register a win or podium through three rounds, leaving him 58th in the standings. Despite this slower start, his overall body of work marks him as an established and active presence within the World Endurance Championship.[2]
