Danial Nielsen Frost is a professional racing in single-driver open-wheel racing in the United States and in shared-car endurance racing internationally. He raced in the Indy Pro 2000 Championship for Turn 3 Motorsport across 2019 and 2020, and joined R-ace GP in the Asian Le Mans Series from 2024 onwards.[1]
In the Indy Pro 2000 Championship, Frost took three wins and twelve podiums across 33 starts over two seasons. In 2020, his final year in the series, he finished second in the championship standings with one win and six podiums from seventeen rounds. He has since moved into endurance racing, taking eight starts in the Asian Le Mans Series across three seasons with mixed amateur and professional fields. His career total stands at 41 starts, 3 wins and 12 podiums.[2]
Frost's record in the Indy Pro 2000 Championship placed him against a field that included Sting Ray Robb, the 2020 champion of that series, and Kyle Kirkwood, who won the title in 2019 and has since progressed to IndyCar. Against both drivers, Frost finished ahead in multiple races. Parker Thompson, a professional with a Porsche Carrera Cup championship, was another regular opponent in that field, and the two remained closely matched across their meetings.
