Dima Raikhlin was an entry-level professional racing in the Formula Renault Eurocup, a single-class open-wheel championship mixing amateur and semi-professional entrants with graded professionals. He drove for SL Formula Racing during his indexed career.[1]
Raikhlin made eight starts across two seasons, 2004 to 2005, and finished 18th in the championship standings in his final year. His sole indexed racing came in the Eurocup, where he was closely matched with regular opponents Xavier Maassen, a professional with extensive single-seater and sports-car experience, and Junior Strous, a professional who later raced Indy NXT. He finished ahead of Bertrand Baguette twice, a driver who would go on to become an established professional and win the 2009 Formula V8 3.5 and 2022 Super GT GT500 championships, and beat Jerome d'Ambrosio once, a professional who raced 20 Formula 1 grands prix alongside 59 Formula E starts.[2]
