Jeff Westphal is a professional sportscar driver rated 4,046, competing in multiclass endurance racing across IMSA's national championships. He holds FIA Gold status, the top professional grade in GT and endurance racing. His primary ride is a GT4-level production-based sports car in the GS class of the IMSA Pilot Challenge for CarBahn with Peregrine Racing, the team with which he has spent the bulk of his 12-season career.[1]

Westphal has raced continuously since 2014 across IMSA's three major national series and international endurance grids, accumulating 117 starts with 8 wins and 30 podiums. He won the 2019 IMSA Pilot Challenge championship, and his current team secured the 2025 Pilot Challenge GS title during a season in which he took wins at events including the 4 Hours of Mid-Ohio. His endurance résumé spans the IMSA WeatherTech Championship, where he ran GT3 machinery and took six podiums across 40 starts, the 24 Hours series in both GT3 and GT4 classes, and a stint in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie in 2015 and 2016, where he won once.[2]

Westphal's most frequent rivals are established and professional-graded drivers. He runs closely matched against Robby Foley, a 2025 GT World Challenge America Pro-Am champion and a regular across IMSA's deeper grids, and Spencer Pumpelly, the 2016 IMSA Pilot Challenge ST champion. He has finished ahead of elite-level professionals including Kyle Kirkwood, a three-time Indy car champion with 85 IndyCar starts, and Chase Briscoe, the 2016 ARCA champion and a 222-start Cup Series competitor, though in limited head-to-head meetings in shared multiclass fields where endurance racing allows varied levels to compete together.
