Derek DeBoer is a professional endurance racing driver competing in multiclass GT and prototype series. Graded FIA Bronze, he races shared GT3 and production-based sports cars for Random Vandals Racing in GT World Challenge America and for Racing Spirit of Leman in the European Le Mans Series and WEC. His record spans six seasons from 2015 to the present, with 30 starts across five championships.[1]
DeBoer has taken five podiums across his career, three of them in GT World Challenge America and two in the European Le Mans Series. His breakthrough came in 2024 with back-to-back European Le Mans Series podiums in the LMGT3 class while co-driving for Racing Spirit of Leman, a team that has fielded 35 drivers across the index. He continues to race in the 2025 WEC, where he sits 18th in the championship standings after five rounds.[2]
His regular opponents include Colin Braun, a Gold-graded professional and multiple IMSA champion who consistently finishes ahead of him, and Lorcan Hanafin, a Silver-graded professional with whom he is closely matched.
