Philip Collin was a professional driver competing in shared-car endurance racing. His career spanned three seasons from 2001 to 2003 in the FIA GT Championship, where he made three starts for Seikel Motorsport in a field mixing amateur, semi-professional and graded professional drivers.[1]
Collin finished 35th in the 2003 FIA GT Championship standings. Against established professionals in the field, he typically finished behind Bert Longin, a FIA Bronze-graded driver with extensive GT racing experience, but ahead of Kurt Mollekens, who had raced in International Formula 3000. He finished ahead of Antonio Garcia, the four-time IMSA WeatherTech GTLM champion and FIA Platinum-graded driver, in one shared-car outing, and ahead of Alex Caffi, a former Formula 1 driver with 56 starts in the series, once as well.[2]
