Sergio Sette Camara is a professional driver competing in international single-seater and endurance racing. Rated 4,901, he sits at the professional level; the FIA grades him Gold, the full-professional standard in sportscar and endurance racing. His career spans thirteen seasons from 2012 onward across Formula 2, Formula E, the FIA Formula 3 European Championship, Super Formula, and multiclass endurance racing. He currently races for Nissan Formula E Team in Formula E and for Iron Lynx in the European Le Mans Series, where he drives both GT3 and LMP2 prototype machinery.[1]
Sette Camara took three wins and eighteen podiums across sixty-seven Formula 2 starts between 2017 and 2019 with DAMS, competing regularly against drivers who would reach Formula 1. In the FIA Formula 3 European Championship he took four podiums from fifty-seven starts with Motopark. In 2025 and 2026 he joined Iron Lynx's endurance programme in the European Le Mans Series, taking one win from nine starts across the LMGT3 and LMP2 classes. His most recent activity includes two podiums from fourteen Stock Car Pro Series starts in 2026 and a single Super Formula appearance in 2020.[2]
In Formula 2 he regularly finished behind Maximilian Gรผnther, an established professional and FIA Platinum driver, but ran closely with Nyck de Vries, the 2019 Formula 2 champion and 2020 Formula E champion. He finished ahead of Lando Norris, later the 2025 Formula 1 champion, twelve times across their careers, and George Russell, who won the 2018 Formula 2 championship before his own Formula 1 title, fifteen times. His work with Motopark placed him among the junior drivers of a team that fielded elite professional David Malukas among its thirty drivers across the index.
