Nick Cassidy is an elite professional racing driver competing in Formula E for Citroën Racing and the FIA World Endurance Championship for Peugeot in the Hypercar class. Rated 5,755 and graded FIA Platinum, Cassidy races across single-seater and endurance categories at the highest level of international motorsport. He has won championships in Super GT and Super Formula, and in his primary current series, Formula E, he has taken 12 wins and 28 podiums across 78 starts.[1]

Cassidy's career began in the junior single-seater ranks in 2012 and progressed through Formula Renault and FIA Formula 3 European, where he recorded one win among ten podiums in 42 starts for Prema Powerteam. He won the 2017 Super GT championship with Lexus Team Keeper TOM'S and returned to the series three seasons later for a second title in 2019, taking five wins and 15 podiums across 38 outings. His breakthrough in single-seater racing came in Super Formula, where he won the championship twice in consecutive years with Vantelin Team TOM'S in 2019 and 2020, securing two wins and six podiums from 14 starts. Since joining Formula E in 2020, Cassidy has become a regular front-runner, and has sampled endurance racing in the World Endurance Championship since 2022, currently sitting 17th in the standings with six rounds raced so far in 2026.[2]

In Formula E, Cassidy races among a field that includes established and generational-level drivers. He is closely matched with Jake Dennis, an FIA Platinum-graded professional and 2023 Formula E champion, and typically finishes ahead of Gold-graded Formula 2 and Formula E veteran Sergio Sette Câmara. His record also includes victories against both Max Verstappen and George Russell, the latter beaten 14 times in their meetings.
