🇬🇧 Matthew Graham

Matthew Graham is a retired British professional racing driver who competed in single-seater and endurance machinery across five seasons from 2011 to 2022. His primary campaign came in GB3, where he drove for Sean Walkinshaw Racing and took two wins and seven podiums across 22 starts. He held an FIA Silver grading, placing him below the full-professional Gold and Platinum ranks but among drivers progressing through the graded structure in sportscar and endurance racing. He also raced in Formula Renault Eurocup, British GT Championship and SKUSA SuperNationals, accumulating 35 starts overall.[1]

His GB3 season was his most active, where he raced regularly against Jake Hughes, the 2013 champion, and typically finished behind him, though he beat Hughes and other front-runners at individual rounds. He finished ahead of Charles Leclerc twice during his time in the series; Leclerc later won the GP3 Series and Formula 2 championships before reaching Formula 1. Graham also outfinished Alexander Albon, then a rising Formula Renault Eurocup regular, in one meeting. Against James Greenway, a GB3 regular who would later progress to entry-level professional level, Graham usually came out ahead.[2]

His British GT campaign in 2022 yielded a single podium finish in four starts of endurance racing in the GT4 class, where he shared a Valluga Racing car with co-drivers in a multiclass grid. The span of his record, from American karting in 2011 through to GT4 racing more than a decade later, shows a driver who moved through the junior single-seater ranks and later turned to endurance racing.
