🇫🇷 Théophile Naël

Théophile Naël is an established professional racing single-seaters for Campos Racing in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. He holds a rating of 5,286. His career spans four seasons from 2023 onwards across three junior championships, accumulating 72 starts, 11 wins and 22 podiums.[1]

Naël won the 2023 Spanish F4 title with Sainteloc Racing, taking eight victories and fourteen podiums across the twenty-round season. He moved to Formula Regional European in 2024 with the same team, where he scored one win and one podium from eighteen starts. He joined Campos Racing for Formula 3 in 2025, and has taken two wins across thirty-four starts there through the 2026 season, including a commanding victory at Madrid in September 2026.[2]

In Formula 3 he races regularly against Noah Strømsted, an established professional with whom he is closely matched across multiple series; Naël usually finishes ahead of Christian Ho, a professional-rated driver who shares much of his career path. He has beaten Rafael Câmara, the 2024 Formula Regional European and 2025 Formula 3 champion, on four occasions, and has finished ahead of Nikola Tsolov, an established professional with considerable Formula 3 experience, eight times.
