Alexandre Coigny is an established professional competing in multiclass endurance racing across Europe and Asia. Bronze-graded with COOL Racing, he raced LMP2 and LMP3 prototypes in the European Le Mans Series and Le Mans Cup, and GT3 machinery in the 24H Series, alongside shared-car competition in the World Endurance Championship and Asian Le Mans Series between 2017 and 2023.[1]
Coigny made 43 starts across seven seasons, taking two wins and eight podiums. His record centred on the European Le Mans Series, where he started 10 times for COOL Racing and finished on the podium three times including one victory. He also won in the Asian Le Mans Series during 2023 and 2024, taking two podiums from six starts there. His WEC programme consisted of seven starts across five seasons, yielding a single podium finish. In his final indexed season, 2023, he made one World Endurance Championship round and finished 25th in the championship standings.[2]
In the regular fields he raced, Coigny was closely matched with entry-level professional James McGuire across Le Mans Cup and the European Le Mans Series, while usually finishing behind professional Bronze driver Anthony Wells, who held significantly more experience in those series.
