🇩🇪 Benjamin Goethe

Benjamin Goethe is an established professional racing in international multiclass and single-class endurance championships, holding an FIA Gold grade. He races primarily for Garage 59 in GT World Challenge Europe, where he has competed since 2019, and currently competes in the World Endurance Championship alongside his domestic series work. His car is a GT3.[1]

Across eight seasons from 2019 to 2026, Goethe has taken three wins and thirteen podiums from one hundred starts. His record spans GT World Challenge Europe, where he has contested seventy-five rounds; the 24H Series multiclass endurance championship, with seven starts including a win and four podiums; the Asian Le Mans Series; and a single-round entry in the British GT Championship. He won the Silver Cup category of GT World Challenge Europe in 2022. This season in the World Endurance Championship, his first, has seen him sit fourteenth in the championship standings so far through five races.[2]

His regular opponents in GT World Challenge Europe include Charles Weerts, the four-time GT World Challenge Europe champion, against whom Goethe usually finishes behind, and Mattia Drudi, with whom he is closely matched across their shared races. He has finished ahead of drivers of significantly higher profile in one-off meetings; Edoardo Mortara, an elite professional and former Formula 3 Euro Series champion, and Nico Müller, a Platinum-graded driver with extensive Formula E and DTM experience, have each been beaten once. Garage 59, his primary team across his GT World Challenge Europe tenure, has fielded fifty-one drivers across the index and carries twenty-four race wins to its account.
